Are you inspired?

There is a difference between being motivated vs being inspired.

When someone is set to get in shape, often times they will say "I am motivated to getting in shape!" or "I am motivated to lose weight!"
The problem with these sayings is that being motivated may last a day, a week, a month, or a few months and quickly the motivation quickly goes away.

However, when a person is INSPIRED, than you are more likely to WANT to work out, lose weight, or do what is necessary to get you to where you want to go.
